IMAGINE is the ONLY Beatles Tribute Band that performed personally for Tom Hanks and Goldie Hawn at their occasions, and not any
other Beatle's tribute band. Goldie Hawn's party for Kurt Russell, Tom and Rita Hank's party, AND a private party for Mr. Irwin Winkler, (producer of most of the Rocky movies fame), were ALL booked, as the name IMAGINE THE BEATLES TRIBUTE, and NOT any other Beatles Tribute band.
The people that portrayed the parts of, John, Paul, and George, (other than the Ringo), at those points in time, believed that if they were a performer in those shows, that they could now add that as part of their credits to their bands websites. Nothing could be further than the truth. Imagine The Beatles Tribute was the band that played these shows. Our greatest thrill was when Tom Hanks went on The Tonight Show, with Jay Leno, and said "Imagine played at his and Rita's Wedding Anniversary Party". Last updated: 9/17/11.
